Estimate to be confirmed and 50% Advance to be paid on or before 31st Dec 2007. |

Project Booked should commence before 30th March 2008. |

Project that does not start before 30th March 2008 will lose the applied discount. |

If Project does not start before 30th March 2008 Advance paid can be used by other project. |
|
|
Advance paid will not be refunded as it must be used for project payments. |
