I would once again like to express my thanks to Kaustav in your business edge support team.
Again there were a number of issues that needed to be discussed in some detail and Kaustav has explained and correct these were
necessary and has done most of the changes whilst we were online.
His approach to problem solving is also one of educating the end user (ie me) and I believe this is beneficial to both VIT and myself
